It features a main building housing the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS), administrative offices, processing units, and hatchery areas. Additionally, the site includes an Aquarium and Museum building, staff accommodations, and supporting facilities. A dedicated F&B area with outdoor seating and grill, alongside marine recreation areas, viewing decks, cabanas, and a jetty, adds a vibrant, coastal charm, making the center both a scientific hub and a recreational space.
