To initiate the project you have to pay 25% of the project cost in advance, and the remaining amount is paid at different stages depending upon the project.

2. Schematic Stage
3. Detailed Design Stage
4. Good For Construction Stage

Can advance payment be refunded?

Yes, if the concept design draft is not selected by you then the advance payment will be refunded.
